SURETY BONDS

You are hereby notified that pursuant to the Order of Liquidation entered by the District Court of Lancaster County Nebraska on Friday, November 9, 2001, all surety bonds in effect at the time of issuance of the Order of Liquidation are cancelled, no later than December 9, 2001.
